There are two surveys that are used to record fuel distribution and other deployment-related activities: the Deployment Survey and the Individual Beneficiary Survey. While the latter is a simple single survey, used the same way each time, the Deployment Survey has eight different “survey types” to help categorize information. Think of the survey types as thematic sub-surveys within the broader Deployment Survey. Like all Survey123 surveys, every survey-type listed here is location based. Therefore, it is important that you submit the surveys in the locations that they’re in reference to (if you know you will need to submit a survey retroactively, make sure to remember where you were at that time).
