Use the Donated Equipment Survey Type when you donate any FRF equipment—fuel bladders, pumps, batteries, etc.—to another response organization or government agency.
NOTE: Decisions on donating equipment are made only by the Team Leader or FRF HQ. If an organization has expressed a need for a particular piece of equipment, please notify the Team Leader so they can take the appropriate steps.
Complete the Repeat (see below) with what the equipment was, the quantity and who you gave it to. If you gave away more than one item at one location, click the Plus icon (see image to the right) to add another section of questions to include this additional information.
