We often tell people that FRF is a “volunteer-powered” organization. With such a small core team, we depend on the support of committed volunteers in all areas of our work – everything from pumping fuel on a disaster deployment to building our website. Over the years we’ve been lucky to have a pool of amazingly generous and talented people who are willing to help us achieve our mission in whatever ways they can. In some cases that may just be volunteering for a single day to help coordinate a fundraiser. In others, volunteers will work with us for months, even years at a time.

 

Almost all of FRF’s volunteers are 100% remote, working with a team based across the US and around the globe. We don’t require any specific time commitment or academic degree from volunteers. We are just grateful to have the support.
