INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Welcome To The FRF Information Management Course!

The Information Management (IM) course serves as an introduction to Fuel Relief Fund’s (FRF) emergency response deployment data collection tools and processes. In conjunction with FRF Tutorials (technical guides), this course will ensure that volunteers are prepared for the IM aspects of their first mission, and every mission thereafter.

To complete the course, you must complete all 6 lessons as well as the 4 quizzes. But you do not have to complete all the lessons/topics in order, you can use the “previous” and “next” buttons to toggle back and forth. As you complete each topic, a checkmark will appear to the left of that topic, allowing you to track your progress. If you are not able to complete a course in a single sitting, don’t worry! Your status will be saved when you log out. Throughout the course, key information will be highlighted in yellow and blue boxes. Make sure to read them.

FRF’s training program continuously evolves as FRF implements lessons learned in the field. When you are selected to join an FRF Response Team, make sure that you are up-to-date by reviewing the most recent iterations of the material in the online courses or written guides. All training materials and courses can be found at www.fuelrelieffund.org/training.
